According to Law No. 7 Year 1992 concerning Banking as amended by Act No. 10 Year 1998, banks are business entities that raise funds from the public in the form of deposits, and distribute it to the public in order to improve the standard of living of the common people.[1]

Unless otherwise stated separately, all banks below have their headquarters in Jakarta.
